Bulychev I. I. Fundamental algorithms of reality as the drivers of scientific and philosophical dynamics

The article is devoted to the problems of constructing a methodology that selects the set of underlying algorithms (constants) being effective in the development of fundamental scientific and philosophical theories. It is shown that algorithmization lends itself, first of all, to the most developed and systematized layer of theoretical disciplines. The statement of the universal logical-philosophical algorithm is revealed on the example of the «information» category. It has been established that a genuine algorithm requires the detection of objective and absolute parameters in the content of philosophical principles, laws and categories, as well as overcoming the ideological subjectivism and relativism. The special significance of algorithmic methods within the framework of educational discourse is revealed. The author comes to the conclusion that without algorithmization the transition of the education system to a qualitatively new state, the successful solution of the modernizing task, the introduction of new learning technologies is almost impossible.
