The article from the conceptual position of the civilizational approach analyzes the concept of the noosphere as a promising guideline, strategy and virtual code of the globalizing development of modern civilization in the context of modernization on a scientific and technical basis. Globalization is considered as an opportunity and prerequisite for the noospheric transformation of modern civilization. Concretizing civilizational understanding of the noosphere coevolution of its explication is proposed.
