Melikyan M.A., Smirnov D.G. Philosophy of human quality: hi-tech temptation and hi-hume redemption

The authors focus on the philosophy of human quality in the era of the sixth technological order. A system of coordinates for a human unified theory is pro-posed. Its cultural discourse is outlined in the context of noospheric problems. The adequacy of the complex deontological approach to the phenomenon of human quality is substantiated. Hi-tech and hi-hume spheres are analyzed from the point of view of their determinative and logical relationship. The risks and threats of the hi-tech paradigm of civilizational develop-ment are revealed. It is shown that the hi-hume sphere is defined by three nomothetic laws and four principles. The ethological maxims of spiritual production are fixed through the prism of the personal-personalistic approach. The conclusion is made about the comple-mentarity of hi-tech and hi-hume spheres and about the cognitive specificity of the latter in the conditions of technogenic development.
