History of Ivanovo-Voznesensky state textile trust is one of the best examples of reconstruction and development of textile industry during the new economic policy. The article is devoted to the formation and features of the supply system of the trust. The author considers stages of formation of this system, conditions of the trust’s transition from making deals with small producers to the deals with large government organizations and producers, influence of monetary reform of 1923/24 on the trade deals of the trust. Centralized supply management was repeatedly reorganized. It optimized management costs. Moreover, the role of All-Union Textile Syndicate (main producer) in the supply system of the trust is analyzed in the article. Through the syndicate Ivanovo-Voznesensky trust made deals with foreign producers. Thereby imported raw material (cotton), complex dyes, equipment and its parts entered the factories of Ivanovo-Voznesensky province. It supplemented products of the domestic producers. Together with intensive production methods and the trade policy the supply system became the important factor of successful development of Ivanovo-Voznesensky state textile trust.
