The article is devoted to the axiological aspects of the noospheric security as a new paradigm of human ethology. It is substantiated that the new technological order has provoked the formation of clip thinking and a discrete picture of the world. The paradigmatic transitivity is fixed, which has led to the institutionalization of the phenomenon of the noospheric security following technospheric security. The logic of imperative dynamics in relation to civilizational ethological principles is proposed. A comparative analysis of taboo, commandment, the golden rule of ethics and the categorical imperative are presented. The basic moral attitude, ecological imperative and living law are analyzed through the prism of global ethics. Basic noetic concepts are considered. The ethical nature of the noospheric imperative is revealed. A conclusion is made about the noospheric safety as a categorical cosmoplanetary imperative.
