The article, through a transparent approach, identifies the dominant factors that determine the steady evolution of modern civilization into the sphere of digital culture. Attention is focused on the importance of noospheric consciousness formation, which contributes to the humanization of technical and technological progress. The author appeals to the need for a conceptual justification of noospheric security in the problematic field of modern NBICS convergence. A significant place is given to the analysis of the modernization process of the educational space in the context of the rapid development of digital technologies and digital marketing. It is emphasized that the accelerating process of technological singularity inevitably entails the spread of reproductive educational platforms that allow to “download” the modes of the finished informational product without intense reflective assimilation. An idea is formulated about a new social phenomenon — “cognitive infantilism”, which cultivates social apathy and the motivation of escapism. The negative consequences of the manipulation of public consciousness through fake in-formation in the context of noospheric security are revealed.
