Merkushov S. F. Some aspects of the metaphysical dimension of the absurd in modern russian literature

For the literary process, the interaction of literature and related forms of knowledge of the world and man is extremely important. The cornerstone of the artistic absurdity of the late ХХ — early ХХI century is primarily the tendency to genre, figurative and semantic diffusion, i. e., to implement the idea of initial syncretism in culture and literature. The development of artistic absurdity plunges the reader into the hidden spheres of existence, where the ancient meaning of the world of concrete objects, the habitual perceived world of matter, forgotten for the automated consciousness, returns. Russian literature of the post-Soviet era is characterized by the presence of an absurd component, which often becomes a plot and formative component in works. A special aspect of the absurd related to its metaphysics is found in many modern texts. It is perhaps the most profound and key component necessary for their comprehensive understanding and interpretation from the General cultural and historical and literary points of view. Very non-banal and constructive approaches to the artistic embodiment of the essence of the category of metaphysical absurdity are demonstrated by the writers themselves: V. G. Sorokin, E. V. Klyuev, E. Radov, V. Klimov, and others.

Key words: absurdity, metaphysics, transpersonal psychology, the meaning, literature.
