Malysheva E.V. Political memetics of network interaction: from chaotic to regulative

The article considers the political memetics of network interaction. The author notes that political memes in the information and communicative field are a popular format of interaction, allowing to respond quickly enough to political events or “agenda” translating a certain assessment of a specific action in the form of a visual picture or a linguistic (verbal) element. It is concluded that the meme as a regulatory mechanism of information generation manifests itself in the form of various communicative practices and is characterized by the most common features, which allow to trace the reactions of other users-addressees and to identify specific properties of such regulatory mechanisms, serving to implement the plans and installations of its creator. Memetics opens up a new perspective in the applied and fundamental aspects of the study of the evolution of human culture. Issues of memetics are particularly relevant now when the advantage of information confrontation has become one of the key elements of global competition (including in the political sphere of society).
