The article is devoted to the analysis of the phenomenon of culture of society in the form of University education as a set of anthropological and social processes, during which the individual expands his opportunities for self-realization in the processes of creation of noospherogenesis values. The article deals with the problems of non-entropic evolutionary self-organization of the education system in the conditions of radical transition to market relations and the need to search for new pedagogical technologies capable of forming a systemic worldview of students based on the synergy of matter and information in education. At a time when the effectiveness of the development of modern society is increasingly developing through the rational use of the potential of human resources, there is a need to move from a narrow specialization in professional training of teachers to the University education system. The essence and content of University education should be the methodology of studying the principles of synergetic interaction: man, the biosphere of the Earth and Space. The role of University education is to create an atmosphere of synergetic effect of interaction between teachers and students, expanding the possibilities of intellectual self-realization of each, through the creation of values demanded by society.
