The author focuses on the paradigm of noospheric education, viewed through the prism of higher education. It is shown that the formation of the noosphere is noocosmic in nature, which implies the participation of the Mind in the restructuring of the of sociocultural evolution trajectory in the direction of optimality — compliance with the noospheric vector. It is proved that the leading role in the system of upbringing and education belongs to the University as a complex center, which sets the optimal humanistic parameters for the anthropological development of higher education actors. The basic criterion of the noospheric education — the criterion of anthropological proportionality, has been established. The fundamental contradiction between the paradigm of noospheric education and the concept of education of Postmodernity, associated with goal-value settings, is revealed. Noospheric education is presented as personal, fundamentally holistic, projective. The conclusion is made about the significance of the concept of included marginality for the functioning of a modern university.
