The author offers an original concept of representing matter and the world, which is based on the law of the inextricable connection of the duality of systems. It is shown that the system is composed of two substances: material-energy in the shell of space and entropy-information in the shell of time. It has been recorded that in closed equilibrium systems entropy has the maximum value, and in open, non-equilibrium systems, information has a dominant value. It has been established that the law of information growth dominates in the biosphere. The logic of evolution is traced through the prism of regular changes in new highly information-intensive generations of organisms, which led to the emergence of the mind as a highly organized form of information. The author's complex understanding of the noosphere is proposed, which differs from the concepts of P. Teilhard da Chardin and V.I. Vernadsky. A conclusion is drawn about the formation of a new highly developed society — akylustema, a society of the power of reason.
