Aslanyan A.O. Global audit and humanitarian expertise: on the question of assessing the human quality

The article is devoted to the reconstruction of the philosophy of the Club of Rome and its ideological leader Aurelio Peccei in the context of ideas about human quality. It is noted that the problem of human quality is invariably present in the context of global reflection. The categorical space of modern philosophy of audit is analyzed through a comparative analysis of the categories of “human capital” and “human quality”. The fundamental existential problem of modern man is revealed — the asynchrony of being and thinking, the socio-cultural effectiveness of their synchronization is determined. The noospheric potential of problematization of the world-system in the context of the technosphere as the fourth destabilizing element is shown. New roles of man — arbitrator and auditor — are analyzed within the framework of the philosophy of the Club of Rome. The foundations of the “audit philosophy” of the Club of Rome are presented. A new type of audit in the sphere
of spiritual production is proposed. A conclusion is made about the heuristic nature of the formulation of the problem of auditing system-forming properties and relations.
